Timeline
Timelines can vary greatly from project to project based on the size of your project and other behind the scenes activities.
Pulling permits, creating 3D renderings, receiving engineering letters, ordering samples and final selections all take time. We do our best to create a seamless process that allows you to still live in your home.
Construction Phase:
Kitchen : 8-12 weeks
Bathroom: 6-8 weeks
Finishing Attics & Basements: 8-14 weeks
Home Addition: 3-6 months
Whole House: 8-12 months
Budget Expectations
The cost of a project can vary depending on many factors.
A 12x12 addition with full kitchen remodel could cost $120,000 for you while the same concept could cost $140,000 for your neighbor – every project is unique and our decades of experience have equipped us to help our clients. Our team is trained to help you stay within your budget.
